Returns & Store Credit Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you aren't satisfied, we accept returns for Store Credit within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at service@stirri.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Refund Options
To provide flexibility while covering our processing costs, we offer two ways to receive your refund:
- Store Credit (Recommended): Receive 100% of the item’s purchase price as a digital gift card. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds to your bank or credit card are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the deduction of non-refundable payment processing fees.
Condition & Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags/accessories, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note on Condition: Fees are not automatically levied but are based on the return condition. If an item is returned opened or used, we reserve the right to deduct the loss in value from the refund or deny the return entirely.
Damages, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order is defective, damaged, or does not match the description, we will make it right. Our policy is to provide a free replacement - send the correct item at no additional cost to you. Items sent back without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom products (special orders or personalized items), hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases), sale items, or gift cards.
European Union (14-Day Cooling Off Period)
For merchandise shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for a refund to your original payment method. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If goods are returned in a diminished state (opened or used beyond inspection), we reserve the right to deduct the loss of value from the final refund.
