FAST SHIPPING! At STIRRI, we prioritize speed and efficiency. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped either the same business day or the next business day. We maintain a high-capacity production environment designed to get your materials to the bench as quickly as possible.

2. Live Production & Lead Times

As a direct manufacturer, our fulfillment timeline is governed by the "4Ms" of our production floor: Men, Machine, Material, and Method. Please note that "In Stock" status on our platform refers to active production availability and material readiness. While we strive for immediate dispatch, lead times are subject to various production factors:

• Materials & Components: The availability of raw materials—including flux chemicals, powders, wire alloys, BGA Spheres, and other essential components—is subject to global supply and restocking cycles. Certain specialized formulations or high-demand materials may require an extended fulfillment window.
• Order Scale: Large-scale industrial orders or specialized custom runs are processed according to our current production floor capacity and may require additional time for preparation.
• Quality Control Standards: To ensure the peak performance of our chemicals and metals, certain batches must undergo rigorous testing before they are cleared for dispatch from our facility.

3. Estimated Delivery Dates

Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are generated by the shipping carrier for informational purposes only. These estimates reflect the time in transit after the order has left our facility and do not account for internal production lead times.

4. Fulfillment Reserves

STIRRI reserves the right to adjust processing windows based on the complexities of the manufacturing cycle, raw material procurement, and production demand. We are committed to transparency and strive to keep any necessary lead times to an absolute minimum to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

5. Verification of Forwarding Addresses

Orders utilizing third-party freight forwarding or consolidation services are subject to an extended verification period. STIRRI reserves the right to request additional identification or cancel any order where the shipping destination is a known forwarding hub if it is deemed high-risk. STIRRI is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage once a package is marked as "Delivered" to the forwarding facility.
